TERRIBLE! First they cancelled my flight with out a solution I send emails so that they can put me on the next flight never answer. When I arrived to Cairo I had to go to the office where the staff was rude. Finally they changed my flight for the next day. Suppose to leave at 8:50 but as desorginezed we left at 9:30. Never flying with them again. Worst service.

It's okay from going from Point A to B, our KWI-CAI flight was relaxing, yet we had a rough landing which was absolutely painful. Our return flight was bottom of the barrel awful. There were huge queues in Terminal 1, and we had someone of old age. We had to wait until check in ALMOST finished to get a wheelchair. We immediately took off into the gates, the WORST decision we could've made. The plane was overly delayed. Not to mention everybody was complaining. Once we finally got on the plane, the experience was awful. We were at the back of the plane and cabin crew were blasting music, so we couldn't rest. Try to reconsider flying with this airline.

This NESMA airline is a complete SCAM. If you want a pleasant trip, DO NOT use NESMA airline. They unilaterally canceled my flight from Cairo to Aswan on the morning of the travel day without any prior notice. Because of this, I lost the money I paid for my accommodation in Aswan without even getting to use it, and I had to take a train for a grueling 13 hours overnight to reach Aswan. The ridiculous part is that the train ticket was even more expensive than the flight. What a joke of a country Egypt is. I have sent multiple emails to the airline requesting a refund, but I have received absolutely no response for almost two months now. I have traveled all over the world for a long time and have encountered many issues, but this is the first airline that unilaterally cancels a flight and then completely ignores a customer's refund request. Absolutely do not fly with them. They are nothing but scammers.

The flight was delayed two times, no one explained to us why and the call center did not even answer the phone. Our airplane was very clean and we had a professional crew that finally fixed everything. If you do have plans I do not recommend using their airlines as they usually have delays, otherwise my experience was good.

The worst airline ever I booked a domestic flight from Cairo to Aswan, paid and received a flight ticket via email. Two days later, I received an email canceling the trip, I contacted them for a refund but no response. When I arrived at terminal 1, I found their office, I found an indifferent employee talking and at the same time talking on the phone with someone else and at the same time eating, I told her that if it was an inconvenient time I could wait outside, she told me that it was fine. I told her about the direct cancellation and about the refund, but she gave me another contact number and said she couldn't help me. And even the number I took from no one answered for two days. Please don't book with this company, they have no communication or anything, when something goes wrong there is no one to talk to, especially if you are traveling outside Egypt, even the email is not answered.
