I’ve used Prime Jet Charter services for a little over five years now. The sales team, operations and pilot group are tremendously professional, and incredibly helpful. Very rarely has there been an issue and when there was they all step up and work together to make sure it is resolved to both mine and my clients liking. I would recommend Prime Jet to any operator or broker out there. And to top it all off, I believe the pricing is better than any other charter operator out there.

Terrible terrible. Stay far away. We booked a trip and they changed the airplane on us the day of the flight to an aircraft that was in maintenance and would not be ready. They kept telling us every hour they were working on it and to wait because they would have it fixed. We ended up waiting and they had to cancel because the part didnt arrive. We could have just booked another aircraft but they kept making excuses that it would be ready in an hour….
