If you’re looking for a flight instructor who truly goes above and beyond, look no further than Zach. I recently completed my Cirrus Embark training with him at Synergy in my new to me 2021 SR-22T and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. His knowledge of the Garmin Perspective+ is absolutely dialed in. Every explanation was crystal clear, and no matter how complex the system, he had a way of making it click. I walked away feeling genuinely confident in my aircraft, not just going through the motions, but truly understanding what I was doing and why. What sets Zach apart goes beyond the technical expertise. He was patient, encouraging, and had exactly the right demeanor to help me build real confidence in my new plane. He made the entire process feel approachable and even exciting. I came in as a student and left as a pilot who feels ready, and I also left with a new friend. That says it all. The maintenance team led by John Barnes also did a fantastic job with my pre-buy and annual. They made sure the plane was tip top and squeaky clean before I flew away with it. And a big shout-out to the Synergy FBO staff and linemen too! Everything about Synergy was perfect. Highest possible recommendation across the board. If you are having service Center, maintainence, flight training or looking to get up to speed on your avionics with Cirrus Embark, this is the place!

Another successful Pilots N Paws flight, thanks to the team at Synergy! We were able to get Mom and pups inside to nurse, rehydrate and cool off. After a short break they helped us load up for the last leg of their freedom flight.

I had to divert to KBMI due to poor weather at my destination. The staff at Synergy helped turn my diversion into more of an enjoyable detour than an annoyance. The line personnel were polite and efficient, and the lobby assistant Samantha helped me with everything from dinner recommendations to finding a hotel room. Definitely give Synergy a visit if you are flying to BMI.
