Titan Airways Ltd.

Our British Airways flight from Menorca to Gatwick was served by Titan Airways. What a fabulous business class experience we had! The aircraft itself was clean and spacious. There was a good set of choices for food and what we had was extremely tasty. Most of all though, the crew (Lauren and Franc looked after us) were thoroughly professional and it was obvious that they all enjoy their jobs. Through no fault of Titan, the flight took 30 minutes longer than scheduled - but who cares! British Airways could learn a great deal by studying Titan:s customer service ethos.

Our Tui miserable Airways plane was replaced by titan Airways on a return trip to Rhodes. Thank god it was. Plane was bigger,brighter,more staff friendly than the usual cattle truck provided by Tui.

Our Tui flight was replaced by Titan today, and I’m glad it was. More comfortable plane, greater leg space, fantastic service and the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs with lots of laughter they created a great atmosphere. If I see options for Titan in the future, I’ll go for them. Thanks

This company got me and my partner emergency evacuation out of Grenoble air port on an hours notice during the corona nightmare in France. They didn’t care about the weight of our bags or anything. Incredible company.

Originally booked on a Monarch flight returning from Mallorca which changed to titan Airways. I found the aircraft very comfortable and modern. All the cabin crew were friendly and very polite. I would be very happy to fly with the Airline again.
