From the moment you drive up, to walking onto the tarmac to board your aircraft, rest assured you'll be well cared for. The building itself is elegant but restrained, very comfortable & everywhere you look, staff are busy but always willing to assist you. Frictionless experience - no better way to travel !

Review from visit on 16 Jan 2026: CSR Courtney rose above the heavy workload, cold moods and my missions neediness to get things done efficiently and with a smile. She really took the lead with support and courage and she encouraged every moment. Thanks Courtney.

We flew some clients to White Plains so they could shop in New York. We called ahead and told them the plane would be staying for 3 nights and we would be departing at noon on the last day. I arrived at the FBO at 8:30 am to be safe because they had a little snow through the night into the morning. I arrived and spoke to the lady at the front desk. I told her again that we would be leaving at around noon and told her that we would need deicing. She said that it wouldn’t be a problem. When our passengers were on their way we again told her that we still needed the deicing. She said no problem that we are on the list. After our passengers arrived we again mentioned this and were told we were on the list. We have enquired over and over and I’ve watched at least 10 aircraft that had passengers and crews that arrived hours after us that have already been services with deicer and left. At the time I am writing this review it is 11:55 pm. I’ve been here since 8:30 am. Over 15 hours and still haven’t been helped. Now I’m being told that the deicing truck is broken. We were lied to over and over by various different employees telling us that we were next on the list or 3rd or 4th each time our supposed number came and then they went to someone else’s plane instead of our. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever had at an FBO. I am still sitting here no clue if I’ll even be able to leave tonight. On top of all this the FBO als had almost no complimentary snacks out like most FBOs do and the few they did have were quickly consumed by customers and never replaced. Absolutely horrible experience.

Incredible experience. Hands down the most beautiful FBO I’ll ever visit in my life. Vast supply of seating and even free overnight accommodations for crew. Crew cars are really nice brand new Mercedes’ E class and have a generous 2-hour time limit. There were fresh baked cookies in the morning to wake up to. Fees are surprisingly reasonable. Not cheap but not as bad as you might expect for one of the most high-end airports in the country. Would love to come back some day.
