Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Ultra-long-range gateway to the Gulf

Dubai is one of the world's premier business-aviation markets, a global crossroads that draws ultra-long-range and heavy jets from every continent. The city runs at full intensity through the cool season, with peaks around the Dubai Airshow, major finance and crypto conferences, GITEX, and the winter social and shopping calendar. Passengers span Gulf royals and family offices, global CEOs, sports and entertainment figures, and transcontinental travelers positioning between Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Demand is heaviest from November through April, when the climate is mild and the events calendar is dense.

The emirate's dedicated business-aviation hub is Al Maktoum International (DWC/OMDW) at Dubai World Central, home to the Dubai Airshow and a purpose-built executive complex with long runways handling the largest ultra-long-range jets, while Dubai International (DXB/OMDB) remains available closer to the city. Multiple world-class FBOs offer VIP terminals, customs and immigration, hangarage, and full concierge on the field. The flat desert terrain and modern all-weather infrastructure make operations reliable year-round, with Sharjah (SHJ/OMSJ) and Abu Dhabi (AUH/OMAA) as capable alternates. The transfer from DWC into downtown Dubai and the Marina runs about 35 to 45 minutes by car, with helicopter service widely available.
