Fashion Week, Finance & Design Fairs

Milan is Italy's business and fashion capital, and private-jet demand tracks its packed events calendar. Milan Fashion Week in February and September, the Salone del Mobile design fair in April, and Formula 1 at nearby Monza in September all draw brands, designers and collectors. The city's finance and luxury-goods base keeps corporate flying steady between the marquee dates.

Linate (LIN/LIML) is the close-in city airport, roughly 5 miles from the center with a single main runway and dedicated business-aviation handling, ideal for midsize and light jets on short notice. Malpensa (LIMC) is the larger long-haul alternate to the northwest for heavy and intercontinental arrivals, and Bergamo (LIME) is a useful overflow field during peak fair weeks. Downtown Milan is about 15 minutes from Linate by car.
