Just completed a Charter with Paragon Airways yesterday to Moab, Utah to pick up a disabled friend who is scheduled for surgery this week at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach. Jason and Doug were both extremely helpful in practicing how to carry a disabled person onto their Cessna Citation XL jet. So, when the real event occurred, everything went smooth as silk. Doug and Justin were pilot and copilot and everyone in the family who traveled back with my friend thoroughly preferred flying vs driving!! Highly recommend Paragon for their personal service and professionalism! Beautiful plane too!

This place was very rude and the lady lied to me about the paperwork. Then they told me I would have to wait on my money a few days to get a refund and they cancelled my flight. There excuse was our employee was misunderstood. Very poor customer service!
