A very professional executive airport in San Jose international airport. Most of the Silicon valley executives travel out of here. The facility is fairly straightforward and simple, but the staff is courteous and professional. The planes are new and well maintained, and the crew are excellent. A good, no-frills, executive terminal.

I was so impressed with the way that the CSRs and line crew handled the busy days during the college football national championship! I was there in a Citation CJ3 (one of many many many other planes) and they did a great job of keeping everything organized. Everyone was still very attentive and in great spirits the whole time. I even mentioned to one of the CSRs that I didn't have a chance to grab lunch, so she got me a bagel. So nice! Really very happy with the service I received today!
