Terrible customer service both times I’ve used STA Jets. The first time they messed up the catering order and overcharge after the trip is complete. This time Greg, in particular is very dishonest and never follows up with the clients. They’re supposed to arrange car rentals and transport and the car was never provided. He doesn’t care that you make the itinerary you signed up for, but instead gives you “options” which don’t fit your schedule. I don’t ever recommend them to any of my friends. There are plenty of much more reputable companies to use.

Heard your Gulfstream IV this morning at 3 AM, I was trying to sleep. There is something called the Quieter Nights Program, keep your planes out of the air until 7 am, be a good partner and a good neighbor.

Repeat offender of the Quieter Nights Program - really appreciate the 3:09am flight from this morning, along with countless other 1am/2am/4am/6am flights constantly coming out of Van Nuys Airport. Zero regard for local neighborhoods.
