Surf Air (Operated by Southern Airways Express)

This was the worst Private jet company I’ve ever used I used 12 different companies they left me stranded in another country for over 32 hours without a solution cost me $9000 more to stay there they do not care about their customers. They do not care what happens. I would never use this company again. If you care about your family or your travel, do not use these people they tried to offer me a voucher For 1/8 of what I paid for the flight, This affected my health, my business pretty sad that they don’t care

Terrible experience. Thief’s. Aggressive sales team, pushing for bookings, yet not explaining the cancelation policy at all as they push you to commit to a booking date, even when you verbalize that you are aren’t 100% sure of your date/time. If your plans change, the fine print in the docusign says no refunds. No matter how far out from the travel date! I attempted to cancel a full month before The company loses nothing, yet they will keep thousands and thousands of your hard earned money. What a scam. I will never fly with this company ever again.

The night concierge and club hosts are phenomenal. Kristian is the biggest sweetheart, and is always looking for a way to make our experiences better. Whatever she gets paid, it's not enough.

Top level service. Fast easy process, no hassle. Clean inside facilities and restrooms after long flight

An amazingly heartless and disruptive airline that has degraded the neighborhoods over which they fly due to the noisy Pilatus PC12 they have chosen as their aircraft. They have created a significant noise footprint on the ground that is causing residents to seek remedies from their elected officials. Please don't contribute to this airline and their expansion plans. Plenty written about the noise around KSQL San Carlos. Google it. It's bad.
